The tour starts at Marina Bandar Al Rowdha towards Al Bustan palace "Ritz Carlton", then Qantab village, views of Muscat Bay and the Shangri-La hotel. Then the tour will turn North sailing past the few remaining fishing villages, Portuguese watch towers and forts, and battle sites such as Cemetery bay Cerca 1550. The tour will stop within the vicinity of "Al Alam Palace" 1972, the previous royal residence, Al Jilani, and Al Mirani forts. The tour will then stop near Sultan Qaboos Port within views of the sunset behind Mutrah Souq.
