Tickets are valid for one-time entry within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.

Kids under 14 should be accompanied by an adult older than 16 years.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside Snow Oman.
Due to safety measures, please note that the Snow Bullet is limited to a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg.
Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Helmets must be worn by any guests who are under 13 years old.
Cameras or phones are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
To enter the ice rink, guests must be at least 1.20 meters tall.

By Bus:You can reach Snow Oman conveniently via Bus No. 12, stopping at the nearest Mall of Oman bus stop.

By Car: Snow Oman is 17-20 minutes away by car from Muscat International Airport. There's plenty of parking available at the Mall of Oman parking lot

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Muscat. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
