* Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable after purchase.
* Children ages 3 and older are permitted to use the zip line. * Safety helmets and safety harnesses must be worn correctly throughout the entire experience. * All instructions from the operation supervisors must be followed before and during the adventure.
* The maximum weight limit is 120 kg.
* The ride is prohibited for anyone suffering from heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe vertigo, or any other medical condition that could put them at risk.
* Pregnant women are prohibited from using the ride.
* Do not carry cell phones, cameras, or any items that may fall during the ride, unless they are securely and properly fastened.
* Jumping, intentional swinging, attempting to stop the ride’s motion, or walking backward on the cable is prohibited.
* Site management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with safety instructions, with no refund of the ticket price.
* In the event of inclement weather (strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or any conditions that may affect safety), management reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations to ensure visitor safety.
* Park property must be treated with care; visitors are responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.
* Management is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
