The Sports Spark 2026 Kids Summer Camp turns Oman’s biggest indoor sports festival into your child’s playground. Inside the cool, air-conditioned halls of the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, children aged 6–14 dive into football, cricket, basketball, padel and a whole world of sport — led by qualified coaches who make every session fun, safe and full of energy.

But it’s about far more than sport. Here your child builds confidence, makes new friends, learns teamwork and discovers a love of being active that lasts long after summer ends — all while staying off the screens and on their feet. Every day is structured, fully supervised and packed with play, so you can relax knowing they’re in the best possible hands.

After a sell-out 2025 with over 1,000 happy campers, places are limited and weeks fill fast.

• Camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for missed days, partial attendance, or withdrawal. If the organiser cancels the camp, affected fees will be refunded or credited; weeks may be rescheduled subject to availability.

• Each child must be registered by a parent/guardian. Authorised pick-up only, with wristband matching at drop-off and collection.

• Collection: children must be collected no later than 14:00. There is no late charge, but repeated late collection may affect a child’s continued enrolment.

• What to bring: each child should bring a labelled, refillable water bottle and a hat, and must wear closed sports footwear with non-marking soles and appropriate sportswear.

• Food: meals can be purchased on site; however, we recommend selecting the meal plan (F&B add-on). Children without the meal plan should bring their own snacks / packed food.

• Early-bird pricing applies 1–12 July; regular pricing from 13 July. F&B is a flat add-on and is not discounted.

• The organiser is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables.

• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements at registration, and provide details of any medication the child requires during camp hours.

• Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on the premises.

CODE OF CONDUCT / BEHAVIOUR: Children are expected to follow coach and staff instructions at all times and to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff and equipment. Disruptive, unsafe, aggressive or harmful behaviour — including bullying, fighting, or wilful damage to property — will not be tolerated. The organiser reserves the right to issue warnings and, in serious or repeated cases, to suspend or remove a child from the camp without refund. Parents/guardians will be informed of any behavioural concerns and are expected to support their resolution.

HEALTH & SAFETY: In the event of illness or injury, the organiser will administer basic first aid and attempt to contact the parent/guardian. By registering, the parent/guardian authorises the organiser to arrange emergency medical treatment where the guardian cannot be reached and treatment is deemed necessary, and confirms the child is in good health and fit to take part in physical activity.

Sabco Sports and OCEC accept no liability for loss, damage or injury except where caused by proven negligence.

MEDIA CONSENT: By registering, the parent/guardian consents to the capture and use of photographs and video of their child for Sports Spark marketing and promotional purposes, in line with the organiser’s standard media policy. A separate Photo & Video Consent Form is provided for parents/guardians to confirm or withhold this consent.

Camp overview (for reference): The Sports Spark 2026 Kids Summer Camp is an all-inclusive sports camp for children aged 6–14, running 19 July – 13th August 2026 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Held in a fully air-conditioned indoor Kids Zone, the camp keeps children active, social and safe through the peak of the Omani summer. Each week children rotate through a structured programme of multi-sport coaching, games and team activities led by qualified coaches, with daily sessions running 08:30–13:30.

Packages run weekly — the 1-Week Taster, 2-Week Explorer and 4-Week Champion — with an optional all-inclusive catering add-on, sibling discounts, and corporate/bulk rates. Building on 1,000+ verified camp registrations in 2025, the 2026 camp offers premium coaching and a single safe drop-off for families, priced well below comparable Muscat club camps.

Camp capacity: weekly head-count target 300 children; age-tiered groups with managed coach-to-child ratios. Drop-off/pick-up: dedicated lane with parent-authorised collection and wristband matching.
