1) The Supplier will process refunds to Reseller under the following conditions:
- a. The Supplier will refund 70% of the ticket value to the Reseller for cancellations made at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- b. The Supplier will refund 60% of the ticket value to the Reseller for cancellations made less than 72 hours but at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- c. The Supplier will refund 50% of the ticket value to the Reseller for cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- d. No refund will be provided to the Reseller or the Customer for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
2) All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. If flights are affected due to such circumstances, Operator will try to reschedule the flight. If rescheduling is not possible, guest will be eligible for a full refund.
3) In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Operator for any reason, Customers will be notified via phone call. They will have the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule the booking for an alternative date.
4) Passengers are required to provide accurate weights. Weight checks will be conducted before the flight for safety, and seating adjustments may occur.
5) The safety of our passengers remains our top priority, and these guidelines are designed to align with the latest safety regulations.
6) Latecomers and no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
7) Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the Muscat Helicopter Tour.
