By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:  

Age restriction:

Kids under the age of 12years will be permitted entry only when accompanied by their family.

Access for children is restricted to designated areas only.

At least one parent or legal guardian must accompany and supervise the child at all times throughout the event.

Please present a valid identification document for verification, upon request.

No refund will be given to ticket holders under 21 years of age.  

All sales are final:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  

Entry policy:

Entry is permitted with a valid ticket purchased only from Platinumlist or the venue.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone not complying with venue rules or showing inappropriate behaviour.

Photography & Videography:

By entering the Event premises, guests consent to photography and videography by the Organizing Team and/or its authorized representatives. Images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes.

Dress code and Conduct:

No flip-flops or revealing outfits allowed.

Guests must behave respectfully towards the staff, performers, and other attendees. Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.  


Prohibited items:

The ticket holder agrees to submit to a search for prohibited items including but not limited to:

Outside food or drinks, illegal substances and any item deemed unsafe by security, drones or any remote-controlled devices, and allied.  

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading southeast on Bait Al Falaj St, continuing straight to stay on Bait Al Falaj St, and taking the exit. Continuing straight, then sharp left, you will be turning right, followed by another right turn, and then turning left. Your destination will be on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: You can easily reach your destination by taking Bus 4 to the Ruwi - Chamber of Commerce and Industry bus stop followed by a seven-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
