By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Grand Fake Indian Wedding Party (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to illness, change of plans, or inability to attend.
• Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue specified.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

• Ethnic wear is mandatory for all guests. Entry will be denied without adherence to the dress code, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

• Children below 10 years may attend free of charge.
• Children between 10 – 18 years will be charged 3 OMR.
• Parents/guardians must carry valid ID cards for children to verify age eligibility at the entry gate.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• All guests must adhere to the venue’s and hotel’s policies.
• Any behavioural misconduct, unruly behaviour, harassment, or intoxication-related incidents will result in immediate removal from the event without any refund.
• The organisers and venue security reserve the right to refuse admission or evict any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

• The organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or injury sustained during the event.
• Guests attend the event at their own risk.
• The organisers are not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.

• By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional purposes.
• The organisers reserve the right to use all photos and videos captured during the event for marketing, publicity, and social media content without any compensation to attendees.

• Outside food, beverages, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Dangerous, hazardous, or disruptive items are not allowed at the venue.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas as per hotel policy.

• The organisers reserve the right to modify the program, performances, seating arrangements, or any aspect of the event without prior notice.
