1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as provided under Platinumlist's refund policy or in case of cancellation or postponement of the event.

2. Entry is only with a valid QR-code ticket for the seat category purchased. Seating is reserved as per the ticket category and seat number.

3. Latecomers may be seated at a suitable break in the programme, at the organizers' discretion.

4. The programme, performers and timings are subject to change. The organizers reserve the right of admission.

5. Guests must follow the instructions of the organizers and venue staff at all times.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading along Bawshar Street, keeping left to continue, then turning right and left, where the destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take bus 12 to the Bawshar St. 2_2 bus stop, followed by a three-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
