Experience tranquility on our Muscat sunset cruise of old Muscat. This cruise sails past fishing villages, Portuguese watch towers and forts, old Muscat landmarks, and concludes with a view of Mutrah Souq and the surrounding mountains, as the sun sets behind them.

This sunset Muscat tour covers the natural beauty of Muscat’s coastline, sighting the last few remaining fishing villages, historical cemetery bay, Portuguese structures, the Sultan’s palace, and Al Bahar street.

With your own exclusive boat, relax and enjoy a local insight into Omani culture. This tour can’t be missed on your trip to Muscat, blending the unique flavours of our rich culture and natural beauty.

The tour starts at Marina Bandar Al Rowdha towards Al Bustan palace "Ritz Carlton", then Qantab village, views of Muscat Bay and the Shangri-La hotel.

Then the tour will turn North sailing past the few remaining fishing villages, Portuguese watch towers and forts, and battle sites such as Cemetery bay Cerca 1550.

The tour will stop within the vicinity of "Al Alam Palace" 1972, the previous royal residence, Al Jilani, and Al Mirani forts. The tour will then stop near Sultan Qaboos Port within views of the sunset behind Mutrah Souq.

By car: Take Sultan Qaboos St onto Bab Al Mathaib St (شارع مرتفعات القرم), then onto Murtafat Al Qurum Street and Bait Al Falaj Street. Take Al Bustan St/An Nuzhah St, and at the roundabout, take the exit towards Al Saidiya St and drive to your destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.
