Event Terms and Conditions for Attendees

1. Ticket Categories & Inclusions

• General Admission (OMR 3) – Entry to the event venue only.

• General Admission with Food (OMR 5.5) – Entry + one (1) meal package.

• VIP Ticket (OMR 20) – Reserved seating in the VIP section, buffet dinner, and exclusive perks.

2. Prohibited Actions

• Outside Food & Beverages – Bringing food/drinks from outside is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking – Smoking is not allowed within the event venue except to the designated locations.

• Disruptive Behavior – Any form of violence, intoxication, or unruly conduct will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

3. Event Guidelines

• Ticket Validity – Each ticket is valid for one (1) person only; duplication or resale is prohibited.

• Entry & Security Check – All attendees are subject to security screening.

• Lost Tickets – The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

4. Liability & Safety

• The organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents during the event.

• Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.

5. Inclusivity

• The event is open to all nationalities—everyone is welcome to celebrate!

6. Refund & Cancellation

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

7. Photography & Recording

• By attending, you consent to being photographed/videographed for promotional purposes.

8. Compliance with Laws

• All attendees must follow Omani laws and regulations while at the event.

9. Changes to Event

• The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, performances, or venue arrangements if necessary.
