Oman Aquarium at Mall of Muscat

• General Admission All guests must hold a valid ticket to enter the Aquarium.
• Tickets are valid for a single entry unless otherwise specified (e.g., annual passes).
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by Aquarium staff at all times.
• Adult Ticket +15 y
• Child Ticket + 3 years to 15 Years
• Kids under 3 are allowed to enter for Free
• Photography & Videography Photography for personal use is permitted.
• Flash photography may be restricted in certain areas for animal safety.

Tickets & Refunds:

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
  
  Special Experiences:
• Diving Experience require:
• The price of 1 Adult : 18 OR
• The price of 2 Adult : 30 OR
• Advance bookings at least be 48 hours
• Meeting age and health requirements
• Arrival at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time (Diving offer valid until the end of this year. Changes may be made in 2026)
  
  Operating Hours:
• SATURDAY -WEDNESDAY 10 AM -10 PM | THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 10 AM -11 PM
• Operating hours may vary on weekends, holidays, or special events.
• Last entry is typically 40 minutes before closing time.
• The Aquarium reserves the right to adjust hours without prior notice
  
  Changes & Closures:
• Certain exhibits or experiences may be closed for maintenance or safety reasons.  
• No refund will be provided due to temporary closures of specific zones unless the full attraction is closed
  
  Guests must not:
• Touch or disturb animals unless allowed by staff
• Climb barriers or lean over enclosures
• Feed animals unless part of an official activity
• Behave in a way that disturbs other visitors or animals
• The Aquarium reserves the right to remove any guest violating these rules.
  
  Acceptance of Terms:
• By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, guests automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.
