World Table Tennis (WTT) Star Contender Muscat 2025

By purchasing or using a ticket (“Ticket”), you agree to these conditions of sale and entry, in addition to the Ticketing Agent’s policies and the Venue’s rules. Tickets are non-transferable except through authorized channels.

1. General Information

• The Event consists of multiple sessions over several days at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.

• Each Ticket grants entry only to the date/session printed on it.

• WTT does not guarantee the appearance of specific players, matches, or exact start times. Sessions may be delayed or rescheduled without refund.

2. Ticket Use

• Valid Tickets (printed or electronic) are required for entry. Security checks apply.

• No re-entry once you leave the Venue.

• Tickets may specify free seating within a category or a reserved seat.

• WTT may deny entry or remove attendees for disorderly conduct, refusal of security checks, political/commercial messaging, or unsafe behavior.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Children under 5 are not permitted; under 12 must be with an adult.

• Tickets are generally non-refundable. Refunds apply only if the Event or a purchased session is fully cancelled.

• No refunds for schedule changes, restricted views, or personal reasons for non-attendance.

• Lost or damaged Tickets will not be replaced.

4. Data & Medical

• Attendance implies consent to WTT’s Privacy Notice for personal data use.

• Medical assistance may be provided at your expense; relevant details may be shared with emergency services if required.

5. Recording & Media

• Professional recording devices, camcorders, and long lenses are not allowed.

• Personal phones may be used for private photos only. No streaming, filming, or posting match footage.

• By attending, you consent to being filmed/recorded by WTT for broadcast and promotional use.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Follow instructions from officials and staff.

• Offensive behavior, disruption, smoking in non-designated areas, or prohibited conduct may result in removal without refund.

• Attendance is at your own risk. WTT is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or indirect damages.

7. Prohibited Items

• Outside food/drinks, alcohol, large bags, weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, animals (except service dogs), large flags, drones, balloons, and unauthorized promotional materials.

• Electronic devices (e.g. tablets/laptops) cannot be used during play, except by accredited media.

8. Miscellaneous

• Strollers are not allowed inside seating areas.

• WTT may amend these terms at any time.

• Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.

• Competition Format:

  • Singles and doubles

  • Knockout

• Number of Games:

  • Singles:

    • All Main Draw matches (except Finals), and all matches in the Qualifying Draw are best of five (5) games.

    • Finals are best of seven (7) games.

  • Doubles:

    • Best of five (5) games.

• Sessions per Day: 2 sessions per day

• Total Number of Sessions:

  • Qualifying Draw: 4 sessions

  • Main Draw: 8 sessions
