Refund & Ticket Policy

All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event, refund policies will be governed by the organizer's and Platinumlist’s official terms. Booking fees and service charges may be non-refundable.

Event & Entry Policy

Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or escort any individual out of the venue at its sole discretion.
Door Selection: Door selection policies apply. Please carry a valid government-issued ID, as it may be requested at the entrance.
Timings & Capacity: Doors open at 7:00 PM. Entry is subject to venue capacity, and we highly recommend arriving early.
Ticketing: Entry is strictly permitted only upon presentation of a valid QR code ticket.
Gate Sales: We highly recommend securing your tickets in advance to guarantee entry. Tickets will only be available at the gate subject to availability.
No Re-entry: A strict no re-entry policy applies. Once you exit the venue, you will not be permitted to walk back in on the same ticket.

Venue & Code of Conduct

Zero Tolerance Policy: Violence, misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Anyone involved in such behavior will be immediately removed from the venue and may face a permanent ban from all future events.

Prohibited Items: The use, possession, or distribution of any illicit substances inside the venue is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
