Cancellations by Guests:

⁠Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount, minus 5% payment processing fees.
⁠Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, for any reason, are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows (failure to arrive at the meeting point on time or failure to attend the tour for any personal reason) are strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
In the event a guest faces an issue, the company reserves the sole right to decide whether a rescheduling option may be offered, subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions:

Weather or sea conditions that affect the operation of the tour and result in cancellation by the company will be refunded in full, with no deductions or fees applied.
