What is the child policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 5 and 15 years.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 5 years may travel free of charge.

Is there a commentary available in my language?

Big Bus Tours Muscat offers pre-recorded commentary in your choice of either English, Arabic, French, German, Italian & Spanish.
The commentary is available through complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.

Do I need to Specify a Travel Date?

Yes – we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus.
If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour.
Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat.

How long does the tour take?

A complete circuit of the tour takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

This tour has a no cancellation policy.

By car: To reach your destination, take Al Mina St. onto Darsait Al Bustan/Al Bahri Rd. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.

By public transportation: From Muscat, take the A1 Bus (Ruwi Bus station) (1) to the Ruwi Bus station, and from there, take Bus 4 (Al Alam Palace) to the Muttrah Souq_2 bus stop. Your destination is a minute's walk from there.
