• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket (physical or digital).

• Guests may be required to provide valid ID upon request.

• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone deemed intoxicated, unruly, or posing a risk to others.

• Security checks may be conducted at the entrance. Prohibited items, including weapons or illegal substances, will not be allowed.

• Parking will be at the owner’s risk. The organizer takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Free Buffet will be available till 11PM only.
• A cash bar will be available at the venue till 3AM, beverage purchases to be made directly at the bar.

• The event schedule, including the Tambola and DJ performances, is subject to change without prior notice.
• The organizer is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control.

7.    Liability

• The organizer will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Attendees are advised to take care of their personal belongings.

8.    Force Majeure

• In the case of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, the event may be postponed or cancelled. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified, and any refund policies will be communicated accordingly.

9.    Photography & Media

• By attending the event, ticket holders consent to photography, video recording, and other media capture that may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer.

10.   Health and Safety

• Guests are required to adhere to any health guidelines issued by the authorities or the organizer (if applicable).
