Entry to the Competition
Entry to the Competition is restricted to registered competitors and approved guests only. Approved guests include:

• Family members of registered competitors

• Event volunteers

• Approved vendors

• Event sponsors

• Accredited media representatives

• Spectator ticket holders (limited availability)

All spectators must hold a valid admission ticket to enter the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual, and to refuse or revoke registration or accreditation at any time, without providing a reason.

Spectator Conduct
All spectators are required to behave in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to shouting during solves, interference with competitors, harassment, or abusive language, is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue without refund or compensation.

Photography, Filming & Media
Photography and filming for personal, non-commercial use are permitted unless otherwise stated. Flash photography and any actions that may distract competitors during official rounds are strictly prohibited. By entering the venue, spectators consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Organizer or authorized media for promotional, broadcast, or archival purposes without compensation.

Safety & Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior, supervision, and safety of minors under their care while attending the Event.

Seating & Schedule
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. The event schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to operational or logistical requirements.

Acceptance of Terms
Attendance at the event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
