- Refrain from damaging or removing any farm property, crops, or equipment, and do not litter.
- Be mindful and considerate of the farm animals' well-being. Do not chase, taunt, or harass them.
4. Food and Beverages:
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the farm premises
- Food and beverages purchased on-site must be consumed in designated areas only.
5. Photography and Videography:
- Photography and videography are permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Obtain explicit permission from farm staff before taking photographs or videos of employees or other guests.
6. Liability and Assumption of Risk:
- All visitors enter the farm premises at their own risk.
- The farm is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during your visit.
- Visitors assume all risks associated with participating in farm activities and being in an agricultural environment.
7. Access Road and Weather Conditions:- All cars and passenger vehicles can navigate and pass through the entrance road
- In case of rainy or inclement weather, visitors are advised to exercise caution while driving on the entrance road, as it may become slippery or muddy.
- Before arriving, we recommend checking the weather forecast and road conditions. If the weather is unfavorable, please contact the farm for updates on the accessibility of the entrance road.
- The farm reserves the right to temporarily close the entrance road or restrict access during periods of heavy rain, flooding, or other severe weather conditions that may compromise the safety of visitors and staff.
- The farm is not responsible for any vehicle damage or accidents that may occur on the entrance road due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Visitors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations while on the farm premises.
