If the guest cancels the reservation before 7 days, they will get back 100% of their payment.
If the guest cancels the reservation before 24 hours, they will get back 50% of their payment.
If the guest gets late to their reservation, the time will be taken from his remaining time.
If the guest doesn’t come to their reservation, they will not get back any amount.
The guest will get back 100% of their payment in bad weather or reserve another day if they like.

By car: You can use navigation apps to get clear directions to reach the venue in the fastest way possible if you prefer to travel via a personal vehicle.

By taxi: You can take a taxi to reach the venue with ease if you don't prefer using a personal vehicle as they are widely available in the city.
