IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
HOURS OF OPERATIONS :
Sifah Stock is a 2-day Music festival: Feb 28 & 1 March.
The stage will be alive as per the following schedule:
Thursday, Feb 28: 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Friday, March 1: 2:00 pm to 1:00 am
Please arrive as per the check-in hours below specified for camper and General Viewers/ Walk Ins. Note that the line for campers may take up to an hour and closing times of camping are strict. If you arrive late, we may find it difficult to admit into the campgrounds.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
We want everyone at Sifah Stock Music Festival to have a good time. To achieve this goal, we need everyone to be respectful of everyone around them, including – but not limited to – abiding by the following rules:
· Any person found to be in possession of a weapon will be immediately evicted from the event without refund, and subject to a criminal investigation.
ABSOLUTELY NO fighting, threatening behavior or inciting of hatred. Any person(s) found committing any of those behaviors to other festival attendees or festival staff will be evicted from the event without refund.
· ALCHOLIC DRINKS & SMOKING is NOT permitted in the General Viewing Area.
· GLASS: No glass containers of any kind are permitted on site. Glass containers pose a danger to all attendees if shattered or broken. Please help us prevent injuries and leave your glass at home.
· Dress Code :Visitors must respect the culture of Oman always, as adhere to the dress rules of the country
· NO FIRES AND BARBECUES ALLOWED
ON-SITE SERVICES :
· Toilet & Hand Washing Stations.
· Food Vendors
· Alcohol outlets will be located at 1 designated area. Consumables should be purchased and consumed within this designated area only. Prior to purchasing or consuming alcohol, you will need to show proper ID.
· The general viewing area is ALWAYS a NONALCOHOLIC ZONE.
· Please note:
o Access to the sea will be restricted.
o General Viewing area is a non-seated area, please carry outdoor chairs if you require one.
DAMAGE/ THEFT/ INSURANCE:
Venue/Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. It is recommended that you not bring valuable items.
LOST & FOUND :
Lost and found will be located at the Info Booths in the Main Entrance. If you find a lost item, please take it to an Info Booth so its owner can pick it up.
SECURITY:
Entry and exit are controlled by security and staff:
· All entrants must have valid entrance ticket.
· We will place the wristbands on everyone arriving at Sifah Stock.
· There are two dedicated entries, Access 1- General viewing visitors and Access 2-Campers.
· Your tickets include camping spaces. However, camping placement is on first come first serve. There is no reserved spaces. Thursday night campers score the best camping spots.
· Vehicles may not drive in and out of campground after setup. Once you’re in – you’re in!
· All spots are assigned at the time of move-in. If you are traveling in a group, please do your best to show up together.
· Only one Vehicle and camping tent unit is permitted per camping space.
· Each camping space is 3m x 10m, and visitors must ensure that the vehicle and tent must fit within the designated parking space.
· Please do not set up your tent in the roadways.
· Tow vehicles for RV’s must be removed from the campground. There is free parking available for two vehicles.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Sifah Stock Music Festival parking and viewing areas will be available to accommodate those persons with disability. Please note that when moving around the grounds, rugged terrain should be anticipated.
TICKET RULES:
· Programming is subject to change without notice
· Performers and lineup are subject to change without notice
· Prices are subject to change without notice
· DO NOT tamper, stretch, cut or alter your wristband in any way. Altered wristbands will be invalid and the bearer will be subject to eviction from the festival grounds.
· Wristbands cannot be shared (i.e. different people use them on different days)
· Organizers are not be liable for any Force Majeure events.
· Everyone is required to keep their admission ticket for the duration of the festival. No persons will be allowed to enter any portion of the grounds without a ticket. This policy will be strictly enforced – trespassers will be evicted and/or prosecuted.
· Do not purchase tickets or wristbands from 3rd parties – only items purchased through Platinum Tickets are valid tickets
· Children under the age of 6 are free when accompanied by an adult. Children up to 12 years should always be accompanied by responsible elders.
· Campers — please bag your garbage before leaving the festival.
